Services of europroNET are available in area covered by signal of cable television operators ELOB, BH Cabel net and HS-HKB.

For ELOB cable television users

You can send a request for a connection to the cable Internet from this site or call 033/941 000.

Afterwards, you need to sign a contract for the chosen package in europroNET’s office in UNITIC business centre (Fra Anđela Zvizdovića 1, tower A, 8th floor).

When you sign the contract, europroNET will install splitter in your home, and install and configure modem and a connection.

Users that have a splitter already installed (in accordance with technical standards of the operator) or a cable modem (in accordance with EuroDOCSIS standards) need to stress this while signing the contract.

For BH Cabel net cable television users

You can send a request for a connection to the cable Internet from this site or call 033/941 000. After introductory consultations you need to sign a contract for the chosen package in europroNET’s office in UNITIC business centre (Fra Anđela Zvizdovića 1, tower A, 8th floor). Afterwards, BH Cabel net will install splitter.

After the installation, europroNET will configure a modem and a connection.

Users that have a splitter already installed (in accordance with technical standards of the operator) or a cable modem (in accordance with EuroDOCSIS standards) need to stress this while signing the contract.

For HS-HKN cable television users

You can send a request for a connection to the cable Internet from this site or call 033/941 000. After introductory consultations you need to sign a contract for the chosen package in europroNET’s office in UNITIC business centre (Fra Anđela Zvizdovića 1, tower A, 8th floor). Afterwards, BH Cabel net will install splitter.

Upon forwarding your request to HS-HKB cable television, they will install splitter and cable modem. You will pay monthly lease of the modem to HS-HKB cable television.

After the installation, europroNET will configure a modem and a connection.
