Abuse service

europroNET is doing its best on every-day protection of its customers and offer them pleasant and simple use of the services. Therefore the Abuse service is established, to monitor and disable abuse attempts, using the information assistance from our customers.

All acts and behaviour in violation with GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EPN INTERNET NETWORK SERVICES are considers as Abuse acts.

What can be considered as abuse act?

- Mail Spam, sending unwanted e-mail messages (offers, chain letters, etc.)
- News Spam, inappropriate posts, posts with attachments, cross posting, etc.
- Fake presentation (news, mail)
- Breaking into users’ accounts
- Ports scanning
- Breaking and attempts to break into other computer

How to report suspicious events?

Any customer notices of the above listed Abuse acts can be reported on e-mail: abuse@europronet.ba. We kindly ask you understand that we accept violation reports only through e-mail or web form.
